Along with Young ICCA, on 24th September 2020, Under 40 section of Arbitration Association organized a webinar on Cross Examination. Dr. Benjamin Lissner – Partner, CMS Hasche Sigle (Cologne), Ms. Clea Bigelow-Nuttall – Senior Associate, Pinsent Masons (London) and Milica Savic, Partner, Karanovic & Partners (Belgrade) and member of Arbitration Association discussed how young team members can contribute to fact witness examination.

The first part of webinar included a discussion and practical tips, while the second part of webinar was dedicated to good and bad techniques through a live mock cross-examination. Webinar was attended by more than 200 participants.
