13 Nov The Arbitration Association participates in the Judges’ Conference
Аrbitration Association participated through its members in the Annual Conference of Judges of the Republic of Serbia organized by the Supreme Court of Cassation in Vrnjačka Banja from 9-12 October 2016.
Assistant Professor Dr. Milena Đorđević, member of the Arbitration Association Board, spoke at the plenary session on the topic of „Mediation and arbitration“.
Professor Dr. Maja Stanivuković, president of the BAC participated in the round table „Courts and arbitration“, speaking about „The role of courts in arbitration proceedings“ .
Ms. Silvia Borelli, director of the ICCA Publishing Center in the Hague, came as a guest of the Association, to speak about the New York Convention and presented the „ICCA Guide to the Interpretation of the New York Convention“ that was recently translated to Serbian.
