On April 26, 2017, Serbian Arbitration Association in cooperation with the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and Law offices Baker Botts LLP and Stankovic & Partners organized a session on the topic “The Art of Advocacy”. The speaker was Mr. Philip Punwar, barrister and solicitor, master of the bench in Inner Temple as well as partner in the law office Baker Botts LLP in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. During his lecture, Mr. Punwar spoke about civil and common law approaches towards experts and witnesses on one side and document production on the other side.
