22 Oct Conference on Arbitral decision making
Arbitration Association cordially invites you to register for the upcoming arbitration conference that will take place this Friday, October 25, from 9:30 to 14:30 at the Faculty of Law of Union University (Bulevar maršala Tolbuhina 36, 11070 Novi Beograd).
The topic of the conference is Arbitral decision making. The conference will gather 10 renowned arbitration practitioners and academics speaking on different issues regarding arbitral proceedings, both commercial and investment, and court control of the arbitration awards.
The two panels will be preceded by the key note address of Prof. Tibor Varady on the topic “New tendencies regarding impartiality of arbitrators in the 21st century.”
The working language of the conference is Serbian.
