The current version of the Rules of the Belgrade Arbitration Center (the Belgrade Rules) has been in force from 1 January 2014.

Wishing to promote confidence in the independence and impartiality of arbitrators and to increase awareness of the duties of an arbitrator, the BAC Board has adopted a Code of Ethics for arbitrators on 31 December 2020.
