Belgrade Arbitration Center recommends to parties to include the following clause in their contracts:
„All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled by arbitration organized in accordance with the Rules of the Belgrade Arbitration Center (the Belgrade Rules).“
Parties may consider adding the following:
- The number of arbitrators shall be (specify: one or three).
- The place of arbitration shall be (specify: city and State).
- The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be (specify preferably one language only).
- The applicable substantive law shall be (specify the applicable law).
